Established in 1992, EASTern Digital srl is a private Romanian company specialized in the IT and telecommunications fields.

After 16 years of existence, we have now the capability to organize most of our work automatically and, as a consequence, to be very efficient, fast and accurate. We built a strong and skilful team of 25 people and, with their support, as well as with our partners, we expect to reach a turnover of 10 million RON (about 4 million US$) in 2008. We also developed our logistics and we currently have two separate departments, 2 buildings of 450 m2, our own car fleet, and we use our personalized software, managing all the activities by our computer network.

In the telecommunications business, we started by focusing only on accessories for mobile phones, in order to give our partners the right professional solutions for all their needs. We began importing these products back in 1997, that experience, longer than any other company’s on the Romanian market, helped us to build stronger relationship with top suppliers in Asia, as well as with European and Canadian companies. We just passed the 2.5 million pieces limit in all time sales and we expect to cross the 700.000 pieces limit this year. With over 1000 different items and around 100.000 accessories usually on stock, and using our computer management for stocks, sales and orders, we can make day courier deliveries for virtually every order. We developed our own distribution network with more than 300 partners, supplying all the accessories from us, and another 500, partially suplying from us.

All our accessories are marked according to the Romanian laws and does not infringe in any brand ownership and other legal matters. We are very careful about these aspects and we also consider that it is very important to have attractive, eye catching packaging to all of our accessories. All of our accessories with electric/electronic parts carry a 24 months warranty and we replace immediately any product coming back to us with warranty claims. We do this in order to satisfy the customer needs and also because our defective rate is very small, usually less than 1% returns. All of our goods are delivered in personalized packaging, sealed with personalized adhesive tape. By using this method, we are sure that the orders are delivered under the best circumstances to our partners. All of our products are made under ISO 9001 standards and all of them comply with environment as well as electric and electronic standards.

Referring to our partners, we are proud to be the exclusive distributor in Romania for important brands like Pierre Cardin – for mobile phone cases, straps, digital camera and laptop bags; Team Group - for memory cards & usb sticks; Cadex – the most important manufacturer worldwide for battery analyzers and chargers. We also have exclusive partnership with all of our suppliers. Except the above mentioned brand names, all the accessories are currently sold under our own brand name, ATLAS ACCESSORIES. We registered this brand in 2000 and, since registration, we have built a strong domestic brand, a brand people can trust because of it’s quality and reliability.

We are also specialized in complete management of cellular phone accessories activity for some of our partners. We managed to work with networks of over 50 shops, taking care of supplying the right products in right quantities, gathering online reports about sales, making everyday deliveries to the shops. We also take care about prices. The shop network owner needs only to give us a list of the shops and we take care of everything. We also need to know the results expected by the shop network owner. We maintain online link with all the shops and we gather reports, providing immediate supply; we can take care of prices, warranty, technical support, and everything else.

• hands free kits: simple portable or stereo handsfree, car type or Bluetooth hands free;
